Sunday Swoon #4
7:50 PM
Well, I have still been busy swooning yesterday and today. Here is #4. It isn't my favorite. I really thought it would be but eh.. I really really like the yellow and black one the best so far I think. But I do like this one, though.
I had a hard time getting a decent photo of the four of them together.
We'll just have to see how they all look together in the end. I'm cutting one now that will have black for the star color and red as the second color.
I can't believe I'm starting #5 of nine. I might actually finish a quilt in 2012! Yay! Oh wait..if I celebrate too soon, I'll jinx it. :o)
Things I'm thankful for today:

Things I'm thankful for today:
- My allergic reaction/itchy spots are going away!! Hooray!
- I'm thankful for my favorite little pirate who likes to sneak into my photos.
And then insist I take photos of him posing.
- I'm thankful for the message he left for me all by himself on his chalkboard after he saw that I'd left him one. *real life swoon* He said "I sounded it OUT Mommy!" I love the spelling. HAPY VALnTiMe TOO MOMME. It almost looks like one of those blogger comment verification codes. haha
- I'm thankful that when I get in the car to drive it after my husband has driven it, I don't have to readjust the seat. Even though he is 6" taller than me. We've decided his super hero name would be "Torso-Man". :o)
It's all about the little things! Hope everyone had a great weekend.
xo
P.S. Not to sound like a broken record, but in case you missed it, Rebecca Lynne and I are having a giveaway together, a layer cake at each of our blogs. You can enter at this post and then head to Rebecca's and enter at this post until February 25th. :o)

Love the picture of all the stars together...just beautiful!
Enjoyed reading your post. It made me smile. Thanks XX
Lovely swoon blocks!
I love all of the blocks too, but I think my favorite is the black and yellow one!
Love your swoon blocks :-) The yellow/black is my fav too.
But I think the black/red could steal the top spot :-)
What a cute little message from your son :-)
Your fabrics are pretty. When you have them all finished, this quilt will sparkle with the contrasts.
You have a cute, smart little pirate there! What a blessing.
Ooh, your swoon's coming along nicely. Love the love note, and what's wrong with the sPelINg? ;o)
I'd be the reverse of your husband, I have the leg length of my 5'10" dad, and the torso length of my 5' mum - yeah, that makes me mostly leg (and chest, but that's another story), I just wish they were actually nice legs lol Still, I don't need to adjust the seat if I ever drive dad's car :oD
Love the star blocks and the cute little boy:)
The Swoons look great! The pirate is so cute and that message is just adorable!! :)
Love your Swoon blocks! I'm so glad your rash is going - I thought mine (they changed the fragrance in the washing powder I used!) was never going to go. Have you tried a cool bicarb bath for the itching? Oh, the message is delightful!!
Your quilt is coming along very nicely! Love the colors. Beth is having some trouble with hers and said she has to do some ripping and adjusting....oh dear!
The blocks look perfect all together like that. Perfect valetimes day message -- some pictures just make you have to smile
Lovely post again Kelli, your swoon blocks are looking beautiful. That is such a cute photo of your son's note to you! Glad you're feeling better too.
Love your swoon blocks. It's so hard for me to tell how they are going to look when done. But I do love them. And your little pirate, so adorable. Oh wait pirates are suppose to be adorable are they ;)
Your swoon blocks are gorgeous! I have only made two - I'm going slow. Can't wait to see what they look like altogether
Beautiful Swoon blocks, I love the fabrics! Thanks for linking!
Linky Party Tuesday
Well frankly I like broken records! I LOVE that your baby boy wrote to you on the chalkboard --- OH! And, I am jealous that you are swooning, I so need to swoon. Someday, after I am done making baby then yes I am going to do that just for myself. xo B
The swoon blocks look great! What a sweet message to get from your son!
Nothing makes life as good and happy as having a child with their love and silliness. Your swoon block goes so nice with the other ones - I like it and all the blocks together a LOT!
Swoon certainly is a popular block right now. Yours are turning out lovely. I expecially like the fabrics for your next one.
swoon blocks are darling! love 'em!
