Harry Potter Week 8: Hermione Granger

Welcome back to Sew Along Saturday #8! We've worked our way up to Hermione Granger this week!
Hermione uses eight colors and only a couple of clip & flip units.
Let's start cutting!
Background (A):
(7) 1 1/2" sq.
(2) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2"
Black (B):
(10) 1 1/2" sq.
(2) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2"
(4) 1 1/2 x 3 1/2"
(1) 1 1/2 x 4 1/2"
(2) 2 1/2" sq.
(1) 2 1/2 x 3 1/2"
(2) 2 1/2 x 4 1/2"
Darker Gray (C):
(2) 1 1/2" sq.
(4) 2 1/2" sq.
White (D):
(3) 1 1/2" sq.
(2) 1 1/2 x 3 1/2"
Lighter Brown (E):
(6) 1 1/2" sq.
(4) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2"
(2) 1 1/2 x 4 1/2"
(1) 2 1/2 x 5 1/2"
(1) 3 1/2 x 4 1/2"
(2) 4 1/2" sq.
Skin Tone (F):
(4) 1 1/2" sq.
(3) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2"
(1) 2 1/2 x 4 1/2"
(1) 2 1/2 x 5 1/2"
Red (G):
(4) 1 1/2" sq.
(2) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2"
Lighter Yellow (H):
(3) 1 1/2" sq.
(3) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2"
Section One:
1. Using (2) 1 1/2" sq. of background and a 4 1/2" sq. of lighter brown, make one double upper clip & flip unit.
1. Place a square at the left end or left upper corner of a rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
2. Using a 1 1/2" sq. of background and a 4 1/2" sq. of lighter brown, make one right upper clip & flip unit.
1. Place square at upper end or right upper corner of rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
3. Assemble as shown below. Label as Section One and set aside.
Section Two: Assemble as shown
below. Label as Section Two and set aside.
Section Three: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Three and set aside.
Section Four: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Four and set aside.
Section Five: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Five and set aside.
Section Six: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Six and set aside.
Section Seven: Assemble as shown
below. Label as Section Seven and set aside.
Block Assembly: Assemble as shown below. You have a Hermione block!
The three amigos can now wait together for the rest of the quilt to be done! 🙍🙎🙍

Section One:

Double Upper Corners
1. Place a square at the left end or left upper corner of a rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
2. Stitch from right upper to left lower corner.
3. Clip, flip & press.
4. Place a square at the right end or right upper corner of a rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
5. Stitch from left upper corner to right lower corner.
6. Clip, flip & press.
2. Using a 1 1/2" sq. of background and a 4 1/2" sq. of lighter brown, make one right upper clip & flip unit.
Right Upper Clip & Flip
1. Place square at upper end or right upper corner of rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
2. Stitch from left upper to right lower corner.
3. Clip, flip & press.
3. Assemble as shown below. Label as Section One and set aside.
Section Two: Assemble as shown
below. Label as Section Two and set aside.
Section Three: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Three and set aside.
Section Four: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Four and set aside.
Section Five: Assemble as shown below. Label as Section Five and set aside.

Hi Kelli,
Is it possible for you to use a slightly darker color for the cutting directions of future blocks. Even with a new ink cartridges it is very light and a bit hard to read.
