Harry Potter Quilt: Scabbers

I'm finally back with another extra Harry Potter quilt block! I've been buried with other work that I had to get done by a deadline that I can share soon. But finally! Here is Scabbers!🐁 He went through a few variations before arriving here. Thanks for all your feedback over on the sew along facebook page!

Scabbers is made up of 11 sections and a couple of extra background pieces. He will be 18" finished like all the other blocks (that can be found *HERE*), 18 1/2" unfinished. He uses six colors.

I've worked him up in two brownish gray colors to give him his patchy appearance. He might look really good from scraps, too!

Block Assembly: Assemble Parts 1-11 as shown below. You will have a Scabbers block!

I am working on a Professor McGonnagal kitty and I still need to sketch out the back, and a couple of other extra blocks, I haven't abandoned you, I promise! I need to catch up on emails and the sew along page. I'm so relieved to have the two Quilt Market quilts that I had to make all pieced and mailed off and the patterns are written and being tested. I can't wait to show you! Next weekend!

See you soon with another extra block!

Happy Stitching & Happy Weekend!
