Harry Potter Quilt: Crookshanks

It's another Harry Potter block today, extra block number 13! This time, we're making Crookshanks!
He's a cheeky little kitty! But only two small clip & flip units, and the rest just simple straight seams. He goes together in seven sections and has five colors.
Let's start cutting!
Background (A):
(13) 1 1/2" sq. (*)
(4) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2" (**)
(2) 1 1/2 x 3 1/2" (***)
(1) 1 1/2 x 4"
(1) 1 1/2 x 9 1/2"
(1) 2 1/2 x 3 1/2"
(1) 2 1/2 x 6 1/2"
(1) 3 1/2 x 5 1/2"
(1) 6 1/2 x 10 1/2"
Lighter Orange (B):
(1) 1 x 5"
(16) 1 1/2" sq. (*)
(8) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2" (**)
(2) 1 1/2 x 3 1/2" (***)
(2) 1 1/2 x 4 1/2" (****)
(2) 2" sq.
(1) 2 x 6 1/2"
(2) 2 1/2 x 3 1/2"
(1) 2 1/2 x 4"
(2) 2 1/2 x 4 1/2"
(1) 3 1/2 x 6 1/2"
(1) 4 1/2" sq.
Darker Orange (C):
(18) 1 1/2" sq. (*)
(2) 1 1/2 x 2" (#)
(6) 1 1/2 x 2 1/2" (**)
(3) 1 1/2 x 3 1/2" (***)
(1) 1 1/2 x 4 1/2" (****)
(2) 1 1/2 x 5 1/2"
Black (D):
(1) 1 x 1 1/2"
(1) 1 x 5"
(2) 1 1/2" sq. (*)
White (E):
(2) 1 1/2" sq. (*)

Part 1: Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 1 and set aside.
Part 2:
Left Upper Clip & Flip
1. Place square at upper end or left upper corner of rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
2. Stitch from right upper to left lower corner.
3. Clip, flip & press.
~Using a 1 1/2" sq. of Fabric E and a 1 1/2 x 2" rect. of Fabric C-short edge at the top, and the above method, make one left upper corner clip & flip unit.
Right Upper Clip & Flip
1. Place square at upper end or right upper corner of rectangle or larger square, right sides together.
2. Stitch from left upper to right lower corner.
3. Clip, flip & press.
~Using a 1 1/2" sq. of Fabric E and a 1 1/2 x 2" rect. of Fabric C-short edge at the top, and the above method, make one right upper corner clip & flip unit.
~Stitch a 1 1/2 x 4" rect. of Fabric A and a 2 1/2 x 4" rect. of Fabric B together. Cut into (4) 1 x 3 1/2" strips as shown below.
~Stitch a 1 x 5" rect. of Fabrics B and D together. Cut into (2) 1 1/2" sq. and (2) 1 x 1 1/2" rect. as shown below. Then stitch your eye unit as shown.
~Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 2 and set aside.
Part 3: Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 3 and set aside.
Part 4: Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 4 and set aside.
Part 5: Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 5 and set aside.
Part 6: Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 6 and set aside.
Part 7: Assemble as shown below. Label as Part 7 and set aside.
Block Assembly: Assemble as shown below. You now have an 18 1/2" Crookshanks block to add to your collection. He would also make a really cute kitty pillow cover!

Wow that was quick. Much appreciated. I am hoping this is my winter project this year.
Oh wow!! Making up for lost time :-) I am still stitching on McGonagal kitty and Minecraft TNT.... will have to put the pedal to the metal to keep up :-)
