Little Red Wagon Quilt Block Tutorial
5:33 PM
Welcome back for another National Day quilt block tutorial! This time, it's for National Little Red Wagon Day.
Which was back on March 25th. I WILL catch up to real time, eventually! In the meantime, better late than never. :D
This one took a while to configure. I almost gave up, but this is what I settled on finally. Here is how it goes together. Buttons for the wheels are optional. :D
Fabric A (sky):
(1) 1" sq. (~)
(1) 1 x 2" (>>)
(1) 1 1/2" sq. (*)
(1) 1 1/2 x 3"
(2) 2" sq.
(1) 3" sq.
(1) 4 x 4 1/2"

Assemble your red wagon block as shown below. Your block should measure 8 1/2" (8" finished in quilt).
Embellish with buttons for the wheels if you'd like.
And that's it for how this little red wagon goes together. If you're just finding these quilt block tutorials, I'm keeping them all organized on the National Days quilt blocks page, *HERE*. Or you can find them easily by clicking on the button up there in the right sidebar.

This is so sweet. Thanks for the tutorial. This will be a wonderful addition to a baby boys quilt.
Thanks for such an adorable block. I was wondering if most of the "Day of Year" blocks are the same size? They are so much fun and I'm enjoying seeing your different designs. Also, I love your new fabric design. Thanks for all you do.
For somebody who is trying to "catch up" you sure get a lot done along the way. You are amazing. The tutorials you post each day make somebody's day!
