Harry Potter Quilt: Fleur Delacour

Hello again! Today, I thought I'd post another extra Harry Potter quilt block. I had a request from Michelle. :) Thanks for the nudge, Michelle! We are up to extra block #26 with the Harry Potter sew along.. which technically ended ages ago, but there are so many characters! There are more extra blocks now than there were in the original quilt! So many possibilities..

Today's character is Fleur Delacour, in her Beauxbaton uniform. :)

I haven't done one of these blocks in forever! I've gotten used to posting tutorials for the 8" scrap blocks for my National Days project. This 18" HP block has so many more pieces, so this post will be a bit longer. :) Let's get started. Oh, but first, a few Fleur facts.

1. Worked part-time at Gringotts
2. Married to Bill Weasley
3. 3/4 Human, 1/4 Veela
4. Nicknamed Phlegm by Ginny
5.Very loyal
6. She could cast her beauty on others
7. Bubble-head Charm

Okay! Now that we know a little more about her, here goes! Fleur has nine colors.

Thanks for adding to the list of characters. They are truly awesome. A Harry Potter quilt with your blocks is on my to do list. Trouble will be deciding which ones to use. They are all wonderful. Please keep adding. Also glad to see you posting again. You were missed.
