I hope you love your very own personal astronaut. If you make any of these blocks and post on social media, please tag me so I can see! @kellifanninquilts on IG, or on my FB page, or in the sew along group on my FB page, where I've seen some blocks popping up lately! :D You can also see lots of Minecraft, Pokemon, and Harry Potter blocks and quilts over there!
I'll be back very soon with some more National Day Blocks. If you are just finding these, you can see all of the others (almost 70 now!) on the National Days page by clicking on the button up there in the right sidebar, or by clicking *HERE*. The next block on deck is for Nurse's Day! Making my way through these May blocks.
See you back here soon!
Have a great rest of the week! Thanks for dropping in today!
xoxo

Way back when, I had a Ken doll in a space suit (I also remember watching them land on the moon, back in 1969). Great block.
Moon boots were SOO warm but so clunky.
I love the astronaut. My husband worked on the Lunar Module (ground support). I'm always eager to find space related blocks. You've been coming up with a lot of great blocks that use my dreaded 1 inch strips. I'm starting to think, I could actually learn to love them, or at least tolerate them.
