Train Quilt Block Tutorial
9:22 PM
Happy Weekend!
It's been a few days! I've been busy designing some cursive holiday mini quilts so it's taken me a while to get this post done. (hint: HOHO! Use code SECRET50 in my etsy shop this weekend only-- for the Christmas minis only.) Today I'm posting a tutorial for a train quilt block for National Train Day, which was back on May 8th. This is the 69th block in this National Days scrap quilt project.
This is how this engine goes together. Lots of small pieces again! I'm looking forward to getting back to the nice easy blocks. ha!

Thanks for dropping in this weekend. I'll be back soon with some more blocks and mini quilt pattern news.
If you make any blocks and post pictures of them on social media, come find me so I can see! :) I love to see your blocks and quilts. You can find me in all the usual places. FB, @kellifanninquilts on IG, and in the sew along group on my FB page. To find all of these National Day quilt block tutorials, click *HERE* or on the button in the right side bar up there. :) The next block on deck for this project is for Mother's Day. Not as many small pieces. YAY!
I hope you have a great weekend!
Happy Stitching!
xoxo
